Finally another dog OC
His paint comes from his paw pads at the bottom, and is able to change the paint color. The paint color is always the same as his eyes and nose, but his bowtie is always the exact opposite color of his eyes and paint and nose. (ex. eyes and nose and paint are green, then his bowtie is purple.) His eyes and paint and nose always have sparkles in them.
